Regulatory assessment

Supplier Regulatory Evidence Assessment

Which supplier evidence is missing — and what should you request?

Documents need to match the supplied item, product version and known regulatory route. This assessment separates reported delivery, adequacy and currency of regulatory evidence, turning gaps into focused supplier requests.

Evaluate supplier documentation readiness, identify missing regulatory evidence and define clear requests and corrective actions.

€249.00 incl. VAT

One assessment case · 180 calendar days of active editing access from purchase · two substantive report snapshots, each as a German and an English PDF.

Your practical benefits

Distinguish evidence gaps: Identify missing, contradictory or insufficiently linked documentation.

Make requests specific: Define the expected deliverable, priority and next action.

Account for changes: Connect the supplied item, version and evidence basis.

Focused supplier requests instead of a generic document list

A test report or declaration may exist without adequately covering the actual supply. Starting from a known regulatory route and the reported supplier evidence position, the assessment creates a structured basis for procurement, quality and supplier follow-up. Contractual controls remain separate from legal duties.

What you receive

A supplier regulatory evidence report with an evidence matrix, critical gaps and concrete request and action packages for further supplier clarification.

Two substantive report snapshots are provided for one case, each with a German and an English PDF. Retrieving an existing PDF does not create a new report snapshot.

How it works

  1. Describe the supplier, supplied item, product configuration and known regulatory route.
  2. Record evidence delivery, adequacy, linkage and currency.
  3. Work through prioritised requests and supplier follow-up actions.

Who it is for

Procurement, sourcing, quality assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams dealing with regulated supplies.

Good to know

Not a general supplier rating, on-site audit, incoming inspection or laboratory test. The assessment structures reported evidence status; automatic substantive validation of all documents and final product release are not included.

The 180-day period covers active case editing and creating the included report snapshots. It does not promise continuous legal monitoring or determine data-deletion periods. The agreed retrieval entitlement applies to stored reports.

Frequently asked questions

Does this discover all product regulations from scratch?

No. It starts from a known, supported regulatory route and focuses on supplier evidence.

Are requests automatically sent to suppliers?

The output supports your supplier communication. Automatic supplier contact is not promised.

Is an existing document automatically sufficient?

No. Delivery, adequacy, linkage and currency are considered separately.
