From the starting situation to a working case

What authorised representatives can achieve

Starting situation

A written appointment alone does not resolve which duties are permissible under the applicable legal regime or which evidence must support completion.

Outcome

The case cockpit, registers, checklists and case records connect responsible persons, triggering events, actions and evidence to a reviewable work status.

Mandate boundaries, documents and deadlines are not consistently linked

A written appointment alone does not resolve which duties are permissible under the applicable legal regime or which evidence must support completion.

An evidenced mandate case, not a blanket conformity claim

The case cockpit, registers, checklists and case records connect responsible persons, triggering events, actions and evidence to a reviewable work status.

AI practical assistant

One system-neutral Markdown file, used with an independently selected and approved AI system.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

For technical product questions: digitalprodukte@sp-services-gmbh.de

Does this replace the manufacturer’s conformity assessment?+

No. Authorised-representative status does not automatically transfer manufacturer duties. The kit structures only permissible, specifically mandated work and its evidence.

Can I use it for cases before 20 January 2027?+

Yes. It addresses case classification under Directive 2006/42/EC and Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. The applicable branch and any transitional provision must be established from the real event and supporting evidence.

Does the navigator approve a mandate automatically?+

No. The navigator and registers support review and may identify STOP/clarification conditions. The accountable person makes the decision.

Must the authorised representative prepare technical documentation?+

No. Preparation of technical documentation and certain other manufacturer obligations cannot be delegated under the Regulation. The kit addresses boundaries, document access, custody and case evidence.

Is an AI system included?+

No. The package provides a system-neutral AI assistant file. You select and approve the AI system used for your case.

Are the files editable?+

Yes. The designated XLSX and DOCX working files can be adapted for your own case. The worked example is for orientation only.

Can an individual buy the kit?+

The enclosed licence distinguishes purchases by private individuals for their own purposes from purchases by an organisation, which establish organisational usage rights within the purchasing legal entity.

What support and updates are included?+

Standard support covers downloading, file access and identifiable technical product defects. Corrections may be provided for the supported major version; there is no general guarantee of ongoing legal updates or individual legal advice.
